PT-CMZ50 — 3LCD Ultra-Short-Throw Laser Projector, WUXGA, 5,200 lm

The extreme end of short throw: a 0.235:1 lens that puts an 80-inch image on the wall from about 1 cm of body-to-wall clearance. It mounts effectively flush, which makes it the answer for low-ceiling huddle rooms and hybrid classrooms where there's no room for a ceiling drop and no shadow tolerance — the lens sits ahead of the presenter, so nobody stands in the beam or gets dazzled. Where it separates from the TMZ400 is capability, not just brightness: powered centre and periphery focus by remote (important at this throw ratio, where edge sharpness is the hard part), DIGITAL LINK, an HDMI OUT with edge blending for two-projector widescreen, 21:9 and 27:9 native support for video-conference layouts, and Detail Clarity Processor 4. At 25 dB in Quiet it's also one of the quietest units in the range, which matters when people are sitting a metre from it.
