The Midas COMPRESSOR LIMITER 522 is a compact 500 Series compressor/limiter with a dynamic Presence control, for use in the LEGEND L10, L6 or other standard 500 Series chassis. The Presence control boosts mid-high frequencies (centred around 5 kHz) during compression, adding "air" to vocals and solo instruments without the noise or pumping effects of high frequency make up gain. It works as a peak-sensing compressor with manual attack and release, or in Auto mode with RMS compression.
