Dubai – PRO LAB, a leading distributor of professional audiovisual equipment in the GCC and MENA regions, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Aziz Adilkhodjaev as the company’s new Business Development Director. With a proven track record of success in the lighting and entertainment industries, Aziz brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise to his new role.

Aziz joins PRO LAB from his previous position as International Business Development Manager at Chamsys Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s network of international distributors. Over his six-year tenure, Aziz managed over 50 accounts across 47 countries and played a crucial role in growing ChamSys’ presence in diverse markets, including APAC, GCC, Africa, ex-CIS, Nordics, and parts of Eastern Europe. His contributions included fostering strong relationships with distributors, assisting them with technical issues, and spearheading initiatives to increase market share and turnover.

Throughout his career, Aziz has amassed over 16 years of experience in the professional lighting industry, having worked for major lighting console manufacturers. His journey includes notable positions such as Sales Engineer and EMEA Manager at Avolites Ltd, and his most recent role at Chamsys Ltd. Aziz’s global reach spanned across six continents, where he established connections and appointed 35 new international distributors. His international exposure and technical prowess make him an ideal candidate to drive PRO LAB’s growth.

Aziz’s decision to join PRO LAB stems from his admiration for the company’s growth trajectory and its commitment to customer care. He was particularly drawn to the diverse product range and the opportunity to work with multiple brands across various market segments. Aziz envisions utilizing his technical expertise to engage with customers on a deeper level and assure them of PRO LAB’s dedication to professional equipment and outstanding support.

As the new Business Development Director, Aziz will take on responsibilities including expanding the current product range, strategizing market growth, acquiring new brands, negotiating deals with manufacturers, enhancing technical training, and ensuring exceptional customer service. With his technical knowledge, industry relationships, and commitment to excellence, Aziz aims to strengthen PRO LAB’s position as a premier distributor of audiovisual equipment in Dubai and the GCC region.
