The STINGER® G3 line includes both active and passive models, each standing out in its class. Custom-designed drivers with high power handling and BEM-modeled waveguides provide pristine audio quality, extended low-frequency response, and coherent coverage. Active STINGER® G3 models, equipped with lightweight Class D power stages, can produce massive sound pressure levels. The versatile tops offer up to 500 watts RMS output, with carefully tailored presets for flat response, full-range, satellite, or floor monitor applications. LD Systems’ proprietary DynX® DSP technology ensures precise time alignment and distortion-free performance, even at maximum levels. The STINGER® G3 subwoofers deliver powerful low-end punch with up to 800 watts RMS output power, including user-friendly presets for quick system integration and cardioid array configurations. All STINGER® G3 enclosures are constructed from rigid, low-resonance birch ply and coated with non-abrasive, impact-resistant polyurea for superior strength and durability. Designed for touring artists, rental companies, and installation applications, the series features LD Systems’ Dual-Tilt pole mount, multiple suspension points, stacking recesses, and ergonomic handles. A wide range of STINGER® accessories is available, including smart wall and truss mounting hardware, as well as a stackable dolly board for easy transport.
